| Description: | Summary
The incumbent directly and through his/her line of business controllership organization is responsible for supporting the head of medium to small support department with management reporting and business analysis and decision support designed to improve growth and profitability and high returns for the Corporation. This is accomplished through a process of financial planning, forecasting, measurement, review and analysis. That includes cost drivers, key business measures and monitoring the financial impact of business initiatives.
The incumbent is also responsible for the oversight of certain financial accounting, reconciliation functions that exist within or sponsors multiple lines of business or legal entities that exist to support these lines of business.
The qualified candidate will have a B.A./B.S. in Business or equivalent experience; M.B.A. or C.P.A. preferred. Seven (7) or more years progressive accounting and financial analysis with one (1) or two (2) years of management/supervisory experience (direct or project); broad-based knowledge of advanced financial management concepts, e.g., discounted cash flow analyses, net interest margin and funding, and managerial accounting and reporting concepts and processes; excellent communication (verbal, written), presentation, and consultative skills.
